Flexible scheduling is something families in Serena genuinely appreciate. Up until FS1, children can attend 2, 3, or 5 days per week — giving you the space to build a routine that fits your family's pace. From FS1 onwards, 5-day a week is highly recommended, which supports the consistency and depth our EYFS framework is designed to deliver at that stage of a child's development.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry / Visit – Families in Serena, Mudon, Arabian Ranches 2 and the wider Dubailand area can reach out via our website, by phone, or by dropping in. We encourage a nursery tour as a first step — a chance to walk through our learning environments, meet the team, and get a genuine feel for how our EYFS approach plays out in daily life.

Step 2: Personalized Consultation – During the visit, our admissions team takes the time to understand your child's individual needs, your schedule, and any questions you have about our curriculum, daily routines, or care philosophy.

Step 3: Registration Form & Document Submission – If you choose to enrol, you'll complete a registration form (available online) and submit the required documents: child and parents' Emirates IDs, passports, visas, vaccination records, and birth certificate.

Step 4: Payment & Plan Selection – Choose the schedule and payment structure that works for your family — 2, 3, or 5 days per week, with monthly, term, or annual options available.

Step 5: Onboarding & Orientation – You'll receive a welcome pack covering start dates, settling-in routines, and access to the LittleLives app. Our educators support a child-led transition that follows your child's emotional cues rather than a fixed timeline.

Step 6: First Day & Beyond – Daily updates come through the LittleLives app, and your child's key educator stays in close contact to make sure the integration feels unhurried and genuinely supported.

Babies (45 days to 1 year) – From as young as 45 days old, babies are welcomed into warm, sensory-rich rooms designed to mirror the rhythm of home. Bonding, emotional security, and early communication sit at the heart of this stage — with every interaction guided by responsive, nurturing care that actively supports healthy brain development.

Toddlers (1 to 3 years) – Toddlers come to us ready to move, question, and test the world around them. Through play-based learning rooted in EYFS principles, we channel that energy into motor development, early language, and the first steps toward independence and positive relationships.

Preschoolers (3 to 4 years) – Our Serena preschool program welcomes children up to 4 years old. Project-based activities, early literacy and numeracy, and social-emotional learning weave together to prepare children for a confident transition into FS2 — whether their next school follows an IB, British, French, or another international framework.
