Scheduling flexibility is something we build in from the start at our Khalifa City nursery. Up until FS1, children can attend 2, 3, or 5 days per week, giving your family the breathing room to ease into a routine. From FS1 onwards, consistent full-week attendance is highly recommended to provide the structure our EYFS framework is designed to build on at that stage.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry / Visit – Families in Khalifa City, Al Raha Gardens, Masdar City and the surrounding villa communities can contact us through our website, by phone, or by visiting in person. A nursery tour is the best way to start — walk through the learning environments, meet the educators, and get a genuine feel for our approach.

Step 2: Personalized Consultation – Our admissions team will discuss your child's individual needs, your schedule, and any questions you have about the curriculum, daily routines, or our care philosophy.

Step 3: Registration Form & Document Submission – When you're ready to enrol, you'll complete a registration form (available online) and provide: Emirates IDs, passports, visas, vaccination records, and your child's birth certificate.

Step 4: Payment & Plan Selection – Flexible attendance of 2, 3, or 5 days per week is available up to FS1, with monthly, term, or annual payment options.

Step 5: Onboarding & Orientation – A welcome pack covers start dates, settling-in guidance, and LittleLives app access. Our team follows your child's emotional cues to make the settling-in period feel gradual and genuinely comfortable.

Step 6: First Day & Beyond – Your child's key educator stays in consistent contact through the LittleLives app, keeping you informed and connected from day one.

Babies (45 days to 1 year) – From 45 days old, babies are welcomed into calm, sensory-rich spaces built around the comfort and rhythm of home. Bonding and emotional security come first here — with every interaction shaped by gentle, responsive care that actively supports early communication and healthy brain development.

Toddlers (1 to 3 years) – Toddlers are curious by nature, and our Khalifa City educators are trained to meet that curiosity with real intention. EYFS-rooted play-based learning shapes every session — building motor skills, early language, independence, and the social awareness that forms the foundation for future learning.

Preschoolers (3 to 4 years) – Our Khalifa City A preschool program welcomes children up to 4 years old. Here in Abu Dhabi, Emirati culture and heritage are woven into the EYFS framework, helping children build a sense of local identity alongside project-based literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Graduates are well prepared for FS2 across IB, British, French, and other international curricula.
