A healthy snack the whole family can enjoy.

When it comes to healthy snacks, it seems like children vere in the opposite direction. In Dubai, having a little snack box in your bag is handy for those mall trips, car journeys or even nursery tours.

Our Blossom Mudon Nursery, Center Director, Aurore Robinot shows you how to prepare a healthy snack not just for your little angel, but something the whole family can enjoy.

 

You will need:

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • A slicer

  • Oliver Oil

  • Parmesan

  • Baking Paper

 

Firstly, Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and slice the sweet potatoes into thin slices.Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Lay the potato slices into a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle parmesan. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes and let them cool for 10 minutes.
