Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all maintenance-related work in each centre is completed promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper and regular servicing of AC systems across the centres.
• Respond to emergency maintenance, fit-out, and any other work requested by the team.
• Follow up regularly with centres regarding any pending maintenance works and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers as required to resolve maintenance issues.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in maintenance/facilities is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
