As someone who has dedicated my life to early childhood education, I believe with all my heart that the first five years of a child’s life are the most important. These years shape not only their personality but also their confidence, curiosity, and overall well-being.
I wear many hats—educator, leader in early years education, teacher trainer, assessor, and quality assurer—but at the core of it all, I am simply someone who wants to give children the best possible start in life. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve spent my career researching and exploring child development to ensure that every child receives the highest quality of education and care.
This journey has been just as much about my own learning as it has been about teaching. Over the years, I’ve studied different educational approaches, developed reading and writing programs, and worked to refine strategies that truly support young learners. I am deeply passionate about advocating for children, guiding parents, and empowering educators to recognize and nurture the unique potential in every child. Learning should be joyful and meaningful, and it’s our role as educators to create that kind of environment.
As both a mother of two and an educator, I understand firsthand how important early years education is. I truly believe that the environment is the "third teacher," shaping children's independence and curiosity in ways we often don’t even realize. That’s why I advocate for child-led learning—where educators create hands-on, engaging experiences that spark a child’s natural desire to explore, discover, and grow.
At the heart of it all, my mission is to inspire and equip educators with the tools and confidence to provide the very best for our youngest learners. Because when we invest in early childhood education, we are shaping not just individual lives, but the future itself.
