After school
In the UAE a young child's nursery day generally runs from 8am to 2pm. In the afternoon, after nursery has finished, Blossom nurseries offer our students after school, extracurricular clubs offering a range of activities and experiences. Particularly convenient for working parents, Blossom nurseries welcome children until 6 p.m. and provide them with a variety of after school clubs.
Blossom's enrichment program of after school activities
Physical and cultural activities are as important to your child's development as the skills they learn in the classroom. We recognize that kids want to play and move, and at Blossom, we can provide everything to meet these needs. Through partnerships with after school clubs and companies, we offer an enrichment program that covers a wide range of activities and games.
Our most active and energetic young students will be able to expend their energy through team and individual sports that allow them to practice and develop different skills, including their gross motor skills. Basketball and football develop teamwork and ball skills, athletics and karate teach children body control, while tennis will improve dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Our less active children can develop their talents through clubs offering art, drama and music.
At the end of the school year each child receives a certificate that summarizes the activities that he or she has completed and outlines his or her new experiences.
We can also offer children who attend school during the day the opportunity to participate in our after school activities. In addition to the wide choice of activities it is also possible for young learners to spend the afternoon with their caregivers, getting ahead with their homework or taking advantage of the equipment and facilities.
Keep your child busy during the holidays with Blossom
The school holidays do not mean your children can’t continue to enjoy our activities, which is particularly helpful for working parents. Blossom Nurseries are open all year round and offer activities for your kids during the spring, summer and winter vacations. These camps are available to all our Blossomites, their friends and siblings up to the age of 5 or 6, depending on location, and offer educational and fun themes and activities depending on the season.
